Daisy Noh
Co-Executive Director & Co-Founder My name is Daisy Noh, and I am an energetic and sociable senior based in Southern California. I'm the host of The Bright-Eyed podcast, the Co-Executive Director of TCM Con, the co-founder of Book Bears, and a writer for TV Wasteland. In my free time, you'll most likely find me writing, playing piano, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. As someone who is passionate about empowering others and making a difference, this conference is so special to me, and I can't wait for you all to enjoy it.
Hailey Somphone
PR Director I'm Hailey Somphone, a rising senior at OCSA in the Classical Voice Conservatory. I've been studying piano since the age of 4 and voice since 7. I'm passionate about singing and enjoy composing a cappella pieces. I am currently in Girl Scouts and have received both the Bronze and Silver Award. Additionally, I spread my love of music through a nonprofit Eye Matter. As part of the TCM Conference, I'm working as a coordinator for specializing in Public Relations. In the future, I hope to pursue music performance, marketing, and music therapy. |
Emma Han
Co-Executive Director & Co-Founder Hi there! My name is Emma, and I am a high school senior based in SoCal, passionate about the visual arts, business, and entrepreneurship. I run my own small business, With Love Emma on Etsy, and am the Marketing Director of the literacy organization, Book Bears. On the side, I love crocheting bags, oil painting, reading, and Pinterest-surfing! Both me and Daisy and the whole TCM team put our hearts into creating this conference and we can't wait for you to attend! Hope to see you then :)
Avery Mizrahi
Events Manager I'm Avery Mizrahi, an enthusiastic sophomore at Orange County School of the Arts in the Integrated Arts conservatory, passionate about the arts, STEM, and community service. I enjoy discovering the connection between dance and neuroscience, while also pursuing endeavors such as learning new languages and videography/editing. I'm is especially motivated by my desire to make a difference for youth everywhere, whether that be promoting literacy in the community as Vice President position at Book Bears, educating peers on neuroscience as a part of the Southern California Youth Neuroscience Association at UCI, or helping teens change the world through the Teen Change Maker Conference as Events Manager.

Hi, my name is Gabriela Arnold and I am a climate, environmental, and human rights activist and advocate. Since an early age, I have been an athletic and enthusiastic science-oriented girl, which, given time and resources, has transformed me into the person I am today. I am and have been consistently passionate about subjects such as wildlife biology, ecology, and human rights, with further interests as planetary science, astrobiology, astronomy, astrophysics and physics overall, martial arts, soccer, reading, and Star Wars. |
Anna Brekken
Anna is the teen founder of Soaring Together, the only community for teen business owners focused on helping them reach their goals. Through her resources, Anna has helped over 200 teen entrepreneurs start their businesses. You’ll often hear her say “you got this” or “let’s do it”, because she believes every teen business owner has something so valuable to share.
